Qualifications:-
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Science, Gender studies or related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in an International NGO setting
- Experience developing gender equality and women’s empowerment strategies, trainings and tools that can be integrated into program interventions, organizational development and service delivery.
- Demonstrated Capacity and experience using research data and program delivery results to strengthen and improve gender integration.
- Established capacity to work in a team with various technical, clinical and administrative personnel.
- Experience in providing Organizational Capacity Development Technical Assistance
- Ability to work with a high level of independence, using own initiative
- Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively on a team
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Strong English language skills required.
- Preferably reside in Namibia. Must be permitted to work in Namibia.
